Terms of Revocation

It should firstly be noted that the right of withdrawal according to § 18 FAGG does not apply in the case of distance selling contracts for delivery of goods, which are manufactured according to customer specification, or clearly tailored for personal needs or which are inextricably mixed with other goods after shipment or which are not suited for return shipment due to their conditions.

Furthermore, the right of withdrawal does not apply, if you are an entrepreneur who is carrying out his commercial or self-employed business at the time the contract is signed.

In all other cases you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days and starts on the day you or a nominated third party, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods or to be precise within a common order or a partial shipment of the last article or part.

To exert your right of withdrawal, you have to inform us, Tripp Ges.m.b.H., 6330 Kufstein, Zellerberg 2, tel.: 0043/5372/61086, Fax 0043/5372/61086-11, mail: office@tripp.at, with a clear statement (e.g. a letter send through post, telefax or e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from that contract. You may use the attached model, however this is not mandatory.

You may complete and transmit the model online on our website www.tripp.at electronically. If you do so, we will inform you immediately (e.g. via e-mail) about the reception of your revocation. Timely dispatch (before expiration of revocation period) of revocation shall suffice for compliance with terms of revocation.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we will have to pay back all from you received payments, including shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs, which may result from you choosing a different way of shipping than our offered, reasonable standard shipment) immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day we were notified about your withdrawal from that contract. For refund we use the same currency which you originally used for this transaction, unless we particularly agreed otherwise. On no account will there be charges billed to you because of this refund. We may refuse repayment until we receive the goods or until you bring evidence that you have sent back the goods depending on which one is the earlier point in time.

Since our goods are delivery articles we will organize the return shipment. Please contact us before return shipment of the product via telephone: 0043/5372/61086, so we can inform the forwarding agency. The forwarder will subsequently contact you regarding an agreement on deadline. You have to bear the direct costs of the return shipment of the goods, which correspond with our billed shipment costs according to the concluded contract.

You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature and functioning of the goods.
